I appreciated using Premier for my AC needs. Very response and nice when getting the appointment set up and was within the next day on an afternoon call. Showed up in time, but was only a service call, no repairs or fixes. Told I needed a new system. Quoted me pricing and provided options.

I did my due diligence and got three bids for a new HVAC system and also a removal and replacement water heater. I thought that I would have to settle on a less than top tier system since my first two bids were completely out of my price range. Premier Comfort’s bid gave me the system I wanted at a price that would only give me a mid tier system with the other two companies.
